Corrugated Roof
A press formed metal base closes off corrugations neatly reducing the usage of unsightly sealants resulting in a perfect finish. An inbuilt soaker tray directs water into the corrugations, eliminating ponding that can occur behind skylights installed on low pitched roofs. This reduces corrosion and increases the service life of the skylight. The corrugation profile offered is manufactured to match Corrugated Custom Orb and similar profiles.

Lead Free Tile
A press formed metal base follows the tile line allowing tiles to sit neatly around the base for that perfect appearance. Lead free construction eliminates corrosive run-off to Zincalume and Colorbond flashings and gutters. (Adapters are required on request for Wunderlich Swiss and similar high profile tiles - please advise tile type when ordering in the notes section of the shopping cart process)

Low profile Metal Deck
A press formed metal base suits most popular forms of metal deck roofing with rib heights of up to 50mm.Rolled shoulder design inhibits leaks and detritus build-up on low pitched roofs common to tradition designs. This eliminates leaking problems and increases the service life of the skylight.

Flashed Metal Deck
Flat Deck Skylights are generally used for flat roofs where a hob or kerb has been supplied by the builder, or is intended to be built. They are suitable for kerbs constructed out of steel, concrete or timber. Please refer to the installation guide for differing kerb types

How to order
Choose the roof type. A variable pitch adapter is required when you are using this flashing for a roof pitch of less than 15 degrees to bring the angle of the Velux skylight up to 15 degrees. No pitch adapter is needed if using this flashing for roofs with a pitch of 15 degrees or more. Please indicate the roof pitch when needing a pitch adapter in the notes section of your enquiry that comes up later on in the checkout process. These flashings allow for venting around the edges of the skylight if required - choose vented or non-vented. The bases are usually supplied in a zincalume finish but can be supplied powdercoated to match your roof or the colour of the Velux skylight if required.
