A large and very fast growing
hardwood found on the mid coast of NSW to the mid coast of QLD (It is also known
as Rose Gum).
Properties:
Flooded Gum has a Janka
rating (Kn) of 7.3, which measures the relative hardness of the timber. Flooded
Gum has a dry density of 750kg/m3 anda durability class rating of 3.

Dimensions shown are nominal finished size also known as 100mm or 4 inch flooring
Nominal thickness for all hardwood flooring is 19mm
There is approximately 12.5 lineal metres to a m2 and can only be supplied in random lengths.
Character Grade Flooded Gum Flooring contains a high percentage of distintive timber features, which helps to achieve old world charm and add warmth to distintive modern designs. It has slightly more veins, sap lines and features than Australiana grade
The timber is graded as per Australian Standards AS2796-2 grading specifications.
