The Coldbuster heaters are supplied pre-configured, held together with self adhesive tape. The range of heater sizes and shapes accomodates any room size or shape.

Installation is uncomplicated with the supplied installation guidelines. Coldbuster tile heating is classified as an appliance and can be installed by any competent person. The heater must be connected to a RCD (safety switch) protected circuit by an electrician. All wiring must conform to AS/NZS 3000:2000 and local wiring regulations.

The Coldbuster tile heater is installed directly under the floor tiles on top of the tile bed. Once the subfloor has been prepared, apply a bonding liquid to the area, attach the Klimaguard installation monitor to the heater, stick down the self adhesive heater, stick down the self adhesive fibreglass mesh, lay your tiles as usual and make the final connection to the thermostat. Once the tile adhesive and grouting has cured, you can turn on your tile heater and begin enjoying warm floors.
