• Standard lead time for delivery is up to 5 working days

• Baines Masonary will do it best to accommodate all deliveries special requests though outcome is not guaranteed (i.e. we cannot fit a 42 tonne truck into a backyard)

• Baines Masonary will call the customer the day before delivery if it is noted on the purchase order

• Deliveries by crane truck or forklift (extra charges apply if fork lift truck requested)

• No claims recognised after 7 days. No claims on product after installation. Surplus blocks are not returnable

• No responsibility accepted for goods left on unattended sites.

• All deliveries are to council kerbside (They will do their best to accommodate special requests if it is possible)

• Any deliveries beyond council kerbside will be the customer’s responsibility

• All pallets left on site will be picked up. If they go missing they will be charged for

• Only pallets supplied by Baines Masonary Blocks Pty Ltd will be accepted for return

Forklift Delivery Information

If you're needing a forklift, there are a few things you need to know.

The type of forklift is a self loading tailgator, not an all terrain. It requires a solid compacted base to operate. The forklift requires a minimum 3m clearance on all sides Workcover authorities state that it is at the driver's discretion as to the ability to place the pallets where you request, due to: the weather the incline (slope of the land) the surface condition the requested location
