Find out availability, freight costs & lead
times
The Materials Mall concept
Our website is laid out the same as any major shopping centre, with each supplier having their own 'shopfront' and operating independantly from each other. This means their materials are delivered seperately from another (we cannot combine delivery from one shopfront with another) and their freight costs and lead times will differ.
The shopfronts
Move your mouse over the product categories down the left hand side of our website. Most shopfronts will be the listings in the menu box that first appears. If you click on their name you will find information about their product availability, freight costs and lead times. There is also a link in the product description for most products that will link to the supplier shopfront as well.... more info

Submit an enquiry (a quote request)
The shopping cart and checkout process
Place all the goods you are interested in buying in to your shopping cart. You can make any changes to the quantities and items in your cart by following the instructions on that page. Once you are happy with your cart contents you must then go through the checkout process so that we receive your enquiry, adding any notes in the comments section. If you have items in your cart from more than one shopfront your one enquiry will be broken up in seperate enquiries for each supplier.
We'll confirm the item pricing is current, freight costs and lead times for each enquiry based on your location and quantity of items etc. We'll update your enquiry and advise you (by both email & SMS) that it is ready to order..... more |

Decide if you wish to order or cancel
Once your enquiry has the status of READY TO ORDER, you can then decide if you wish to go ahead and order the goods, make any changes, or cancel it. Instructions on how to do this are at the bottom of each eanquiry..... more

No Phone Number??
We do not offer any phone service for many reasons:
- it allows us both to keep track of all correspondence
- it protects you from us making verbal claims that cannot be later substantiated
- allows all our staff to follow and reply to any enquiries you make.
