MAXSEAL is a mixture of cements and special additives which together with carefully controlled aggregates gives the coating its waterproofing properties. It is suitable for use on the following surfaces: concrete brick cement mortar and masonry.

The coating allows the base to transpire and thereby eliminates water vapour. A final coat MAXSEAL may be applied for optimal waterproofing or in lieu of a decorative finish. It is an authentic waterproof coating for exterior surfaces subjected to the elements. For indoor applications especially basements the coating resists hydrostatic pressure from groundwater. It is easy to use and maintenance cost is practically non existent. Resists the corrosive effects of salt water and atmospheric pollution. Longer lasting than paints and other coatings. It forms a structurally inseparable unit with the base as it fills and seals all pores. It has no toxic effect on drinking water. Once it sets can be painted over. It can also beed with ceramic tiles as in swimming pools or decorative outdoor murals.
