Install a bathrrom, kitchen or bar virtually anywhere below the sewer line without digging up the concrete floor.
A Sanisplit is designed to collect
the discharge of sanitary fittings and kitchen appliances, and pump it under pressure vertically and horizontally. One unit can be located per bathroom or kitchen, and can deal with the discharge of washing machines, dishwashers, basins, showers, baths and toilets.

A Sanisplit is designed to collect the discharge ofsanitary fittings and kitchen appliances, and pump it under pressure
vertically and horizontally (see charts for height and distances). A unit can be located in a bathroom or kitchen, and can deal
with the discharge ofwashing machines, dishwashers, basins, showers, baths and toilets.
Fitting space needed
Allow a gap of at least 10cm (4") either side ofthe unit for disconnection ofthe macerator section and draindown from the
pump section.
Any shower or bath waste fitting must be at least 20cm (8") above the level of the base of the Sanisplit. Install a non-return
valve between the shower or bath and the macerator.
Inlet Piping
ALL PIPEWORK INTO THE UNIT MUST HAVE A GRAVITY FALL as the pump cannot suck.
The WC connection can be made remote (with a toilet pan connector through an adjoining wall for example).
Push fit piping
can be used on the inlet side.
Discharge piping
Use 32m or 40mm solvent weld discharge pipe.
Use of22mm pipe or 90 degree bends may damage the unit and will
invalidate the warranty.
Use swept bends where possible,or two 45 degree bends.Your Sanisplit will pump horizontally and
vertically.
Discharge can be from the left rear,or left side of the unit.
Pipes can be hidden behind a 50mm or 60mm stud wall, or chased into existing brickwork.
All pipework must be installed as
per manufacturers specification with support brackets.
Lag pipework where there is a risk offreezing.
Electrical
Your Sanisplit must be wired into a fused, unswitched fixed wiring connector (5 Amp Fuse).Disconnect from the electricity
supply before attempting to service the unit.
Flow Rates
Maximum head is 11 metres vertically,or 80 metres horizontally. If both vertical and horizontal pipes are used many factors will
affect performance such as number of bends and length of horizontal and vertical pipework. For this reason, no accurate
performance calculation formula is possible.
