We source structural our structural steel members from a variety of sources throughout Australia so arte able to offer virtually all items you may require - even those that are not listed, or items of a fabricated nature.... cut to length beams, hole drilling, plate welding etc. (shop drawings will be required in most instances for fabrication)
Simply add in the notes section that comes later in the checkout process of any enquiry / quote request you make (using the cart system) any special requirements you have and we can add them in to your enquiry / quote request for you.
NOTES ON DELIVERY
Here is some useful information, which may be able to assist you in the understanding of the constraints involved in delivery of large heavy items (usually delivered by crane trucks) We require you to add relevant delivery information when submitting your payment info. It is your responsibility to advise the following - Any goods that are not able to be delivered and require being returned to the store and subsequently requiring a re-delivery will be at the customer's expense if due to the failure to do so:
- Preferred Time of Delivery Window (eg 9am-3pm):
- Are there any other potential hazards, which may impede safe delivery. (Power lines/walls, restricted access etc)?
The dimensions(length and width) of most delivery vehicles are as follows:
- Truck width: 2.4m
- Truck lengths: from 9m to 13m
- The driver will also require a 2m exclusion zone either side of the truck in the unloading area.
- Vehicle is not allowed within 2 metres of 240v distribution overhead power lines or within 6 metres of high voltage (1500v) overhead power lines.

Drivers are not allowed to bar loads off truck trays.

Drivers are allowed to assist the appropriately trained and competent forklift driver or crane driver.

Drivers have the right under the NTC & RTA Chain of Responsibiltiy to refuse to load/unload if it is deemed unsafe.
