The top hung VS skylights (Vented Skylight) is the most popular openable skylight from Velux. It is hinged at the top opening out from the bottom and are supplied with the flashing kit, removable flyscreen and hook winder inclusive in the price.

Available sizes -  external frame width and height in mm.

To achieve larger sizes you can combine units by using VELUX Combi Flashing.

- Dimensions shown are Width x Height (they cannot be installed the other way without custom flashings.

- A minimum roof pitch of 15% is required for all Velux Skylights.

- For heights of 3m+ below any skylight, Australian standards require VS2004 type of glazing.
