How to confirm pricing, delivery info or to order
1. Check a product's availability
from the highlighted link in the product details more
Every product has a highlighted link at the bottom of it's details that outlines
where the supplier can deliver to, their delivery costs and times, and whther
the goods can be picked up from their depot or not....

your area or not before adding the item to your cart to make an enquiry about
2. Add items to your cart and go
through the checkout process more
Please do not just email us asking for pricing or delivery
info. You need to use the cart system to do this, just as if you are ordering
the goods (You are not at this stage).
Doing it this way does the following:
- Provides all required information - item product codes, your delivery
- Sends the info to the correct supplier to provide answers (we are not
the supplier so cannot answer)
- Logs your enquiry in your member area for future reference
If goods have been added to your cart from more than one supplier,
your enquiry will be broken up in to separate enquiries, one for each supplier
so they can be dealt with individually.

when the supplier is reviewing your info. The credit card info at the bottom
of the page is greyed out at this stage and payment is not able to be sent.
3. We advise of details by email & SMS
Once the supplier confirms the pricing, availability, delivery cost
and time we will make any required changes to your enquiry and then
email and text you letting you know. You simply return to your member
area to view the details.
Your enquiry will now be showing the status of READY
TO ORDER in your member area now, and credit card information
will now be able to be filled in.
4. Submit your payment to order - or simply cancel
Return to your enquiry to review the details. Use the options at the
bottom of the page to make any changes if necessary, or to submit your
payment (credit card or EFT options available), including any delivery
instructions or comments to your submission, that will be attached to
Your order is then to the supplier, who will pack and send your goods
straight to you!
Your enquiry will now be showing the status of ORDERED
in your member area now, and a PRINT INVOICE button displays at the bottom
of the page so you can print your tax invoice.
