direct by each individual manufacturer from their own closest depot to the delivery
address - not from our sales offices.

are being delivered by more than one manufacturer that charges freight.
In most instances
the savings on the materials purchased will be more than this additional
cost due to the fact the goods are not 'double handled' to have them delivered
on one truck. We'll advise if any applicable freight costs once we receive
you deliver to my area?
We have over
200 manufacturers within our materials mall from all over Australia and they
each have their own limitations as to where they can deliver to. Take note of
the information provided at the top of each manufacturer's shopfront as to where
they can deliver and what the minimum lead times are for their products. Any
other points will be outlined here also.
times given are approximate only and are the minimum required amount of time
from receipt of payment. Goods can usually be delivered on a particular day
if you allow more than the minimum lead time. Simply indicate this in the notes
section of the checkout procedure when making your enquiry.
Delivery dates can be given
but we are unable to offer times of delivery as goods are normally delivered
by couriers and even the companies the goods are coming from do not have this

an order, please take the time to give clear information as some suppliers
will charge quite hefty fees if they are unable to deliver goods due to inaccurate
information being provided.

of bad weather prior to the expected delivery date where you feel a driver will

allow up to 1 hour for unloading - anything over 1 hour can incur a additional
charge - Drivers will endeavour to advise of this onsite beforehand once the
site and delivery conditions have been considered. This charge will be invoiced
seperately from any initial invoice.
